Swavoti Social - Community Guidelines

Our Mission

Welcome to the Swavoti Social community! Our mission is to create a positive, safe, and inspiring space where everyone can connect, create, and share their world authentically. These guidelines are here to help us build that community together. By using Swavoti Social, you agree to these guidelines and our Terms of Service.

1. Safety First: Keep Our Community Safe

The safety of our community members is our top priority. Help us maintain a secure environment by following these rules.

  • No Bullying and Harassment: We do not tolerate bullying, harassment, or targeted attacks on individuals. This includes unwanted sexual advances, threats, or any behavior intended to degrade or shame someone.
  • No Hate Speech: Content that promotes violence, discrimination, or disparages on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, sexual orientation, sex, gender, gender identity, serious disease, disability, or immigration status is strictly prohibited.
  • No Glorification of Self-Harm: We prohibit content that encourages or glorifies suicide, self-injury, or eating disorders. We may remove content that, while not glorifying, could trigger self-harm. If you see someone in distress, please report it so we can offer help.
  • No Violent or Graphic Content: Do not post content that is excessively gory, depicts extreme violence against humans or animals, or contains credible threats of violence.
  • Protecting Minors: We are committed to protecting minors. Do not post content that sexually exploits or endangers children. We report all such content to law enforcement authorities.

2. Be Authentic: Foster Genuine Interactions

Authenticity is the heart of Swavoti Social. We want the content you see to be genuine and the interactions to be real.

  • No Impersonation: Do not impersonate others in a manner that is intended to or does mislead, confuse, or deceive others. This includes pretending to be a friend, a celebrity, a brand, or another organization. Parody and fan accounts are generally acceptable if clearly marked as such.
  • No Spam or Manipulation: Do not artificially collect likes, followers, or shares. Do not post repetitive comments or content, or repeatedly contact people for commercial purposes without their consent. Avoid posting content that is designed to mislead users or drive traffic to external websites through deceptive means.

3. Respect Intellectual Property: Share Content Responsibly

We respect the creativity and rights of others.

  • Share Content You Own: Only post photos, videos, and other content that you have created yourself or that you have the right to share.
  • Respect Copyright and Trademarks: Infringing on the copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of others is not allowed. If you believe your rights have been violated, you can report it to us.

4. Follow the Law: Obey All Applicable Laws

Swavoti Social is not a place for illegal activity.

  • No Illegal Content or Activities: Do not use our platform to promote or engage in any illegal activities. This includes selling, buying, or facilitating transactions in illegal goods or services, such as illicit drugs, counterfeit goods, or endangered animal products.

How We Enforce These Guidelines

We use a combination of automated technology and human review to detect and remove content that violates these guidelines.

  • Content Removal: We will remove content that violates our guidelines.
  • Account Suspension or Termination: We may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate accounts that repeatedly or severely violate our policies.
  • Reporting: If you see something that you think may violate our guidelines, please help us by reporting it using the in-app reporting tools. Our teams review these reports to take appropriate action.
